I couldn't log into app several times.. I paid 88$ to get the truck and expected to use it a couple hours. Then the storage company was closed Sunday and I couldn't get in to unload . Had to wait till next morning to unload but still within 24 hrs. Then they charged me my 100$ deposit for that I guess and then another 53 $ for I dont know. I got the truck with 3/8 tank of fuel. I drove it to storage shed and back 1 trip. I put 30$ in it for the fuel I used and it was exactly where it was when I picked up. Im not happy at all about this. Ive used uhaul I cant count how many times I've rented trucks and trailers and tow dollies and such. Im currently looking into penski and another rental company.. this is BS

Had an issue with billing but it was rectified. They got us a uhaul quick on the spot when another place offered mobile pickup that wasn’t actually possible
John CJohn was going to give me the truck for 1995 instead of the 2995 because of the hassle of U-Haul app and having to get the other truck cleaned and ready. He did not honor the 1995 and charged me the 2995 instead. If they couldhonor what they promised.
