Just a clarification for anyone looking to rent a U-Haul truck for a move…ALWAYS BOOK IT FOR 24Hours. I booked for 4 hours period pick up at 5pm and drop off at 9pm and at the 3 hour mark (8pm) I realized I wasn’t gonna be finished in the four hours so I called asking if I could extend it and they agreed but charged me double the cost because it’s the same price to book for 4hours or 24Hours. The scam is that they don’t explain this clearly and want people to get screwed. If i had known how it works I would never have booked the minimum time just to get punished with a double charge even tho nobody else had the truck booked after me because I asked. It was total bulls:!t . Then I over filled the gas and was told I would get a refund for the overfill but that never came.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe truck was clean and ran well enough but it rattled badly and is probably near end of life. The move we did was very local but I would not have been comfortable taking this vehicle a longer distance at higher speeds. Was it well maintained? Perhaps but the clatter from this truck was considerable.
Michael MIt was a fast and easy pocess. I will recommend the location. However I noticed that the brakes in the 10" needed to be changed, and I informed the gentleman behind the counter.

Ahmed AThe person at the counter said that vehicle is not available but when I checked online it was available so I booked online and approached the counter back after that t he gave the vehicle with very disappointed face actions. I really don't know the reason. maybe he don't like to work but my question is if he don't like to work ,why he is there he could have go home
