It was extremely dark. The Dropbox is in a separate area at a different business from the key pickup. There was a large group of rowdy people smoking pot in the parking lot of the business next door. I did not feel safe at all.

Octavious EQuick service, plenty of space to maneuver vehicles, friendly help. THANKS!
Joseph SI didn't get any blankets provided to cover glass covered cabinet and an antique mirror. I requested 10 on my order.
REBECCA MIf not for Mr. Glenn and Mr. Chris from uhaul customer support on the phone, I would have cancelled during pickup. It was a incredibly frustrating experience at this location. Not only did they not confirm the van rental I had , when I got upgraded to the 10-ft truck I was also told from customer support that, that reservation changed did not get inputted overall highly unprofessional.
