Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulMy experience wasn’t the best. It’s not because of this location. I initially reserved a cargo van at the location on St.Claude in New Orleans. My reservation was a mobile reservation. I get there and there’s no key. I called the customer service line twice before my reservation to verify everything. This caused me to go to Gretna. The distance was farther than I expected to travel. EVERY time I try to do business with the St.Claude location there’s a problem. The Lafayette location was fine just out of my way. The app kept glitching when it was time to upload my pics.
Jade JArea hard to navigate and blighted. Confused on where to go to turn in key. No personnel on site to talk to, instructions were confusing, and we were charged for two extra days despite turning the U-Haul in on time. It registered the drop off on Monday even though we turned in the truck on Sunday. Was not told a specific time to drop off either.
Deanna BThere should be additional signage to help locate the side where check in occurs. It says the front but you should know to walk around to the back to find everything.
