Area hard to navigate and blighted. Confused on where to go to turn in key. No personnel on site to talk to, instructions were confusing, and we were charged for two extra days despite turning the U-Haul in on time. It registered the drop off on Monday even though we turned in the truck on Sunday. Was not told a specific time to drop off either.

There should be additional signage to help locate the side where check in occurs. It says the front but you should know to walk around to the back to find everything.

NO NNo one was there to do anything. I was told on the phone to drop it off somewhere else after the U-Haul mail office told me to leave it there. This was at 2:58 pm on Dec. 15, 2025 as recorded on my phone / picture of the trailer setting in their return parking space..
WILLIAM DThe combination lock is very sensitive I stood for 30 mins trying to return my key after countless attempts I called customer service and there help was appreciated. Maybe change the lock so that's its not so sensitive. Other than that everything was just fine will definitely rent again
