All of the attendants and the entire rental process was fantastic! I couldn't find a truck anywhere in town, and U-Haul called back in less than 20 minutes after contacting another location and hooked me up with a truck that was available immediately. The pickup attendant was very helpful and friendly, as were those that received the pickup back. I would have sought out a way to give feedback if you hadn't sent this!

Employee left office keys at home; therefore, husband brought them. I waited 15 - 20 minutes from my arrival time of 9:15 am. Employee waited on the first customer and was very stressed. I gave her my contract and she indicated she did not want it. I ordered 18 furniture pads and they were not in the truck. I called the 800 number and the rep stated that location did not have them before my pickup date. There were notes on the file. Office employee did not shared that.

Customer service rep who set up my appointment told me that I would be able to have a late return all of 10 foot U-Haul truck. Or is it typically it could return by 7 PM. Upon arrival, the manager was decidedly rude, loud, abrasive and unappreciative of this repeat customer. She informed me very abruptly that whatever the telemarketer had informed me was completely wrong and I should just get used to it basically I am paraphrasing here. And on and on with other U-Haul policies which I have no idea what these are. But I will never be using this service again at that location. This is the third time I’ve had to deal with her. keep your promise as advertised. Upon picking up the truck I was advised that the Truck had to be returned by 10A.M. when I clearly requested an all day rental. Secondly no confirmation email was ever sent due to incorrect email address being recorded. To my dismay I had already made commitments for moving assistance which resulted in loss of money and an incomplete move. I have filed a complaint (1748306) with corporate and will follow up with complaint to the BBB.

Lisa was personable and efficient. We were given a time to pick up the truck we wanted, but asked if someone could let us know if it became available earlier. We were pleasantly surprised when she called to tell us the truck was returned early so we could get a head start on our plans. Great customer service!
