I have rented from this location before and they were fine. This time Uhaul messed up and we were chnaged to this location from one without mobile check in which I booked. This was a total pain and a waste of precious time. The truck we rented here was not operating well and jerked on occasion and the brakes had trouble stopping the truck. Also I drove like 25 miles but was charged for 5 gallons plus of gas. Come on!!! That is crazy. This truck only gets 5 miles per gallon is what u r saying. Not a great experience.
I told them I would be there between 5-7pm to get the truck the guy assured me it would be there and ready. When I arrived the truck was not there. I was not offered another truck and was told that I would have to wait or go to another location. I have rented 4 trucks from uhaul in the past year and never had a issue until this time. The manager or general manager at this location was rude and basically told me I could go elsewhere. This was not a good reflection for this company as I am a store manager for a corporate store.
We never made it there because the U-Haul had to be towed in for a messed up transmission...

The first question asked, â€œ How would you rate this location overall?â€ I had no choice but to rate it just â€œAverageâ€ because even though my experience was great and I would recommend a friend here, any day the staff member that I dealt with wasn't so friendly. This business seems like it's under staffed ! the man looked worn out and by his customer service, HE IS OVERWHELMED! but, other than that, my experience was great!

The person at Uhaul I rented the Van from was very personable and helpful and answered all my questions. Van ran great! However, when I called at 6:45pm in an effort to return the van, Blake was not helpful and almost rude when I asked questions about an after-hours return. It seemed he was in a hurry to get me off the phone so he could leave.
There always nice an friendly only 1 I ever go too great job!

Phenomenal service, we had a last minute request Close to closing time, and were taken great care of! Great directions on the digital check out experience which saved us money. Will definitely use again from this location if ever needed!

Easy process to rent and return. Friendly staff. I was running late on a return and they were very understanding. I will need to rent again in a day or two and will definitely use this location.
I had to wait several minutes for someone to come into the lobby and see me at the counter. The employee told me I should have yelled to get their attention, but I didn't want to be â€œthat guyâ€ and figured they were busy. Maybe an alert sound when the doors open would be helpful. I also wish cargo straps were available with the rental. I had to buy some.
Hello. I have always been using PENSKE with no complain about my experience with them but a friend said UHaul was better and that my last move in May 2020 which cost me $118 would have cost less so i decided to use UHaul to relocate back. I made a booking for a Ford cargo van on 8/12/2020 suitable for 1 Bedroom/Studio that was indicated on line but the guy at the desk gave me another van which could not move my stuff. He said it was what he had when i got there. i was told on line to pay $3.16 immediately and that my balance at pick up would be $30.95 but my account was debited 3 times for the sum of 3;16 ($9.48). Secondly, the guy at the desk allowed other 3 white customers to use POS but on my turn, he told me there was network failure and then copied the information on my card down and he was aggressive and appeared like someone on drug as well. Before i left, i was initially considering renting a Dolley but changed my mind when he told me the cost not knowing that he had already removed it from my account. He said he had refunded me back when i went back into the office to tell him that i got an alert that he deducted $7.42 from my account. )He never refunded the money back). Thirdly, when i return the van, he said he would have to calculate the mileage and debit my account for the difference he initially told me my balance was about $160 but refused to explain how he arrived at the figure. I eventually left unhappy because he was refused to make me understand what was going on and about an hour after i left i got an alert that he took additional $129.18 from my account which means UHaul took the sum of (3.16 +3.16 + 3.16 + 30.58 + 7.42 + 129.18) $176.66 from my account for the same mileage Penske charged me $118 for. I wish there's a way to include attachments to comments on this platform. Thank you.
Very smooth and convenient process
Man was very friendly and helpful but I would not use this location again. Brakes on the truck were barely working. Location is difficult to get in and out of because of storage facility and lack of parking lot.
