Been almost 2 weeks and money has not been released and they say they don't see it pending. So instead of 150.00 charged I got charged 300.00 and no one sees the pending charge. Will never use haul again or recommend them to anyone

my truck broke down, I called them after I left and got 10 miles away because the truck was wining and wouldn't go over 30mph, never got anyone to answer the phone. I was loading medicine from a medical facility and had a short window to have it moved back to the freezer it came out of... really disappointed in the equipment rented to me.
I'd start by saying I'd really like someone to contact me about this. My experience was horrible. It started off by having to wait in line for 30 minutes. I was in a building full of people with no safety being taken. Only 1 employee in a mask and customers coughing and sneezing without mask on. After waiting in line I'm with an employee who lacked any motivation to try and greet customers with a smile. I was treated as if I was a number. I told to go outside and wait for an employee to come out and get my trailer hooked up. I was then given a DISGUSTING trailer. I understand it's a trailer but it was covered in mud. I was then told â€œmake sure you bring it back clean otherwise you'll there's a cleaning surchargeâ€. I was legitimately baffled by what I was being told after seeing this trailer coated in mud. I bring it home and spent an hour cleaning it to the point of being usable. I'm in the process of moving my house and by no means would my items have been put in this trailer unless it was cleaned. Please contact me about this, as there is more to tell of my situation.
I had to find a moving truck at the last minute to clean out my parents apt I have always had great experiences with Uhaul so I called a few but they had nothing and I tried here on Grove Rd and they had one available ready for pickup at the time they told me to come and it was quick and easy. Returning the truck was a easy process as well. I'm not sure what her name was who reserved the truck for me but she was very pleasant to work with Jeremiah was also very nice when we picked up the truck he cleaned it up and we was good to go

Was the third uhaul location I went too due to not having a truck available. Finally after 2 hours of driving around got a uhaul. Probably won't use in the future . Very unprofessional. Not a good way to do business.
Your WEBSITE needs work. I was not able to use early check-in because your site refused to upload my driver's license. So, I went in person to the chosen location. Good thing I did, because, even though I had a confirmed, guaranteed, $50 back reservation, I was informed that the location would not be open the day of my pick up. They said I could try another location. Good luck. I went, in person, (since the online system seemingly doesn't work) to my preferred U-haul location (they were already sold out of the equipment I needed) and they very kindly moved my reservation to a shop that had a trailer in stock. Service at this new shop was excellent and I was on my way in short order. However, after loading my equipment, I experienced a flat tire on the return trip. Again, the WEBSITE failed to function and I was unable to place a service request. I used the 800# and after a very extended wait time, a service truck was dispatched. We won't go in to the 20 minutes it took me to describe my location on a major interstate next to an exit #. I was informed by the service truck, that the trailer's axle had come partially loose from the frame and that had caused the flat tire. This defect had apparently been there when I picked up the trailer, as the flat tire exhibited wear marks indicating an axle alignment issue. They wished me good luck. After repair, I went on my way at a very slow pace, hoping to get home without another incident. It was only after I unloaded my vehicle from the trailer that I saw just how dangerous the trailer was. The two axles, supposed to be parallel, were actually sitting roughly 15 degrees off from parallel. Upon return of the trailer to U-haul, they did NOT ask if I had had any problems. They simply took in the trailer and said thanks for the business. I pointed out the axle alignment and the wear marks to the brand new tire that were identical to the blown tire. The employee said thanks and another shop would make a repair. Little more than a shrug of the shoulders. So much for a very dangerous situation.

The guy that was working there was great to be the only person working. Need more workers to make transactions faster and smoother.
Unfriendly staff that were unwilling to assist. Messed up my contract by putting incorrect mileage and then unwilling AND unable to fix the contract so I had to wait for over an hour while they tried to solve the problem. Windscreen wipers were worn and staff would not assist me loading my vehicle onto the Auto transport. Will not use UHaul again.

Well...at the Uhaul website I was led to believe that taking the truck to Panama City and dropping there instead of Port St Joe, Florida I would save $125.00. When I arrived at the Uhaul store that all changed, had to take the truck to Ft Walton Beach. More that the original quote to drop in Port St Joe. $395.00 was my cost as opposed to 283.00 if I dropped in Port St Joe. I have been in the automobile business 45 years and this was the worst case of bait and switch I have ever witnessed. Never will use nor receive Uhaul!
