I noticed the system stated a fuel level 1/8 more than was actually in the truck (same for person before me because I overheard it). Seems odd to me it was two people in a row, same amount, and we both had to catch it. There was also passenger door damage I had to catch. How you can Improve...make sure your system info is accurate on fuel and damage before renting to new person. Other than making sure truck operates properly, the most important things to get right.Stephen C.

I've had to call the location multiple times for several days in a row to speak to someone. I was also charged an extra $20 for dropping the truck off late because I could not get the website to recognize my location. When I picked up vehicle, the person behind desk had no uhaul uniform on, and had her 4yo child running around the store. She was on phone and kept stopping to scold the child. She actually laid the phone down and ran to the child because he almost knocked over a display. She never apologized to person on phone trying to make a reservation. Meanwhile myself and another customer stood and watched. Very unprofessional to allow it and for her to act like it was normal.Roy B.

All good, only recommendation might be is to flip the storage, pick up and drop off to the left side of the location. There is a lot of space on that side of property. The right side is jammed with trailers trucks propane & the service bay at times making it virtually impossible to maneuever in to get hooked up...Daniel C.
Gas tank was not full but the person at front desk marked it as a full. I was in hurry and trusted the marking done by the front desk person. I noticed this issue once I got to my place which was only a few miles away. Basically, I ended up paying for more gas than I should have and I was cheated.Kenneth G.

Dear U-Haul as a faithful customer I think the U-Haul company should let the customer know what they refund left after returning the vehicle because if a customer follow the proper demands the U-Haul company should take it upon they self to let the customer know what would be returned on a card because I know customers know and it's always right on certain things so what the U-Haul need to improve on is letting the letting customers know when they have a refund and they haven't went over mileages or over or underneath the gas mileages so that's what the U-Haul need to improve onJENNIFER S.

I needed to move my pickup date ahead one day. It was easy enough to do this online, however, the pricing changed and it would not give me the 20% discount which I had received. After 3 or 4 failed attempts to resolve by calling and talking to your central reservation office, I finally called the local facility and they said they could see the discount on my order (I could not see it online). The discount was properly applied when I picked up the auto transport.Terry V.
