The location appeared to be either understaffed or poorly managed. I was there for 45 minutes. There were 4 employees present that day. The only one who I actually saw assisting customers was Reuben. Reuben was calm and had excellent customer service skills and technical knowledge. However, it took 45 minutes to pick up a tow dolly that had been previously reserved. This is unacceptable. Additionally, the tow dolly did not have anywhere to attached a winch, making it very difficult to get my vehicle on. Lastly, when I returned the tow dolly, the parking lot was organized in such a way that it was extremely difficult to find a parking spot and return it. Despite having a very good experience with Reuben, I will likely not return to this location.

Location was out of some types of dollies. Better stocking procedures for such a busy location. Overall, the best experience I have had with a moving equipment rental.

The only negative is the wait time. I had to wait to pick up the trailer but saw two couples, walk away after about 20 minutes but they apparently did not have an online order. Had to go to Wade Hampton location to get wiring for lights installed and waiting almost 2 hours there. It wasn't because of the employees were being slack, the computer process system is very slow. That's a Uhaul corporate issue.

Lady at the counter made sure to help all the black customers first. Then when the store was empty she came and helped me. The store was well equipped and clean, the yard men were a great help. Just expect to wait a while if your white. I would recommend this store because they have a lot of equipment and it is well organized.

The truck I got ran well. There was a very strong cigarette Oder. It was in the air unit too. Unusual strong. The more guy ran air the more it smelled. My daughter was with me and it was cold. The smell was making me sick and she gof too cold when I rolled the window down. Made a unscheduled stop opened doors cut fans on high and sprayed whole cab out with something that was designed to get ride of smoke smell, extra $20 and 2 hours valuable time. I Also wiped down steering wheel dash door panels ... they were sticky when I got it. Like a melted loolypop sticky, extra $5. You got it back in a lot better shape then I got it.

Make sure equipment is working prior to reservations.The tow dolly (was on the truck end) lights wouldn’t work & delayed me from doing what I had planned to do. Therefore I was charged extra for my return time...

I found ashes on 5he dashboard on the driver side as the truck does have cigarette smells when I first entered it. Good truck, runs well and pleased with it.

Upon returning the truck, I really do think that this location needs to come up with a better system. Some of the employees needs to learn how to become more customer friendly. Also I was charged an extra 11.00 /12.00 for gas which I returned the truck with the same amount of gas. I called to get it resolved but an employee name Stacey said the manager will call me.

The people taking the reservations need to have info updated correctly. More customer representatives. The representatives need to be more attentive to the customer they are assisting at the time. Very unorganized. Worst experience I’ve had and I’ve only dealt with this company I’m not impressed by the experience I received did not exceed my expectations as usual.

Train your representatives better. The two working at the time we unsure of themselves in regards to paperwork and using the computer. They were however very friendly and willing to serve the customer.

Total confusion and nearly double charged had I not noticed before payment. Luckily the issue was resolved but it shouldn’t have happened in the first place so I feel bad that other employees had to handle a fellow co-workers mistake.
