Probably have employees know the facts of what they're actually trying to provide for customers. I asked several questions about the truck I am about to rent which should be simple and the response I get is literally "I don't know". I just give a little chuckle and say "okay" since they obviously know nothing. Everything else was fine though.

A little lenience on the pick up, delivery times... I actually used the vehicle for two days but was required to pay three days, do to your hours/ and mine...

1. Conflicting pricing on blanket rental on the website vs. on the wall in the doorway vs. what I was charged. 2. I rented 24 blankets and only got 12. When I was given 2 bags, I assumed it was 12 per bag but only learned after leaving it's 6 per bag. 3. If I make a reservation and do the online pre-check-in, why can't the paperwork be done? Why can't the truck be ready with the appliance dolly and blankets? I could be in & out within minutes instead of 30 minutes while they get the truck, do paper, walk and get the dolly # to track it, etc. 4. The response to me questioning the blanket price was "corporate changes prices everyday it's hard to know what the right price is" ... which is wrong. It's not my job to teach your staff what pricing is and where it is. If you change your pricing, then it needs to be updated everywhere.



I would rent more often but it is always harder than it need be. Doesn't matter which location, they are all pretty much the same. I called ahead but again no records were online when I got to the store. New employees that need training. After a long wait we finally hooked a dolly to my truck only to find out that it would not work for the car I needed to haul. We then had to hook up the second one. When I returned it I am asked to help check the lights even though we did that when I picked it up, I'm sorry that is your job at that point, not mine. If your co. would think of the customer maybe you would be a little busier.

GREAT staff. Very helpful. I was having a rough day helping my mom out, and the excellent service at this location between Mason and Main in Green Bay really helped us out a bunch. Thank you so much!



At one point the only employee left the building to get a plate number. Leaving myself and another customer inside for over 10 minutes and didn't address us when he left or came back in. Meanwhile there was numerous employees outside when I pulled in. Eventually, another employee came to help but at that point we had already waited with no recognition.

Very poor customer service. Took me over an hour to get a truck and I had a reservation. Then the customer service agent called me 3 times while I was trying to move to try to get me to give him my credit card number over the phone when I had a card on file already. Agent wrong down incorrect starting mileage. Soo upset. Won't use this service again !!

I called to reserve a u-haul truck on sept. 25th to pickup on the Oct. 1st, when I went to party pizzaz in manitowoc, wi, the person who was to drop off the truck just decided nit to bring it back for 2more days . This left me in a bind , so I was told to go to green bay, wi to pick up a truck, wasn't happy at all-- how would you feel if this happened to you????

The van smelled badly and the dashboard and door panels were dusty. The rubber mat in the cargo area had been spilled on with something that smelled badly. I had to power wash it before I could use it. I think this was just an oversight since all previous rentals at this location were clean. I will continue renting there.

Train front counter people to know how to apply a credit to an order. Don't have front counter person tell a customer that "we (Uhaul) will take care of it when you return the truck." He said this because he didn't know how to apply the credit and knew the situation would be passed on to whoever would be at the front counter when I returned. I said I wanted it correct before I left with the truck. Finally, we figured out how to apply the credit. Upon return of the truck, the information from that credit didn't go through to the hand held device the individual had when I checked in the truck. Then we had to go through the scenario again. Eventually, another individual (manager?) figured out why there was a difference from what was on the system, what was on my paperwork and the hand held device.

Truck was old >179,000, and the drive-ability was somewhat poor. Very shaky on the road, low power going uphill, brakes were a bit soft. But it got me where I wanted to go and back with no other issues.

I had to use a mover from I didn't realize that the moving help doesn't come at the same time as you pick up the truck. So I had reserved the truck 2 hrs before I received help. The help was extremely fast.



Everything was great, I'd rent from there again.

I had several problems with my recent rental. When i ordered the rental I was told that it would be available on Monday Sept 4, 2017. I specifically asked since that was Labor day and was assured that Monday was not a problem. My confirmation email even was for Monday. Late Saturday night ( Sept. 2, 2017) I received a phone call telling me that I could not pick up the truck on Monday , as it was a holiday and all sites in Iron Mountain would be closed. I pointed out that I was told that Monday was not a problem when i made the reservation , but was pretty much dismissed. ON Monday I received a call telling me that the truck would not be available until 10 AM on Tuesday. At this point I was tired of being lied to and explained that I was promised the truck on Monday, when I had help to load it and then told it wasn't available until Tuesday morning but not until 10 Am . I was then given the option to come to green Bay , a 2 hour drive from Iron Mountain, and pick up a truck on Monday. This whole thing was an huge inconvenience. I had to load some quite heavy furniture by myself, which required me to rent a dolly I would have otherwise not needed, and take a good part of my Monday,time that i needed for additional cleaning at the house. As a result we did not finish packing and cleaning until quite late in the day. Overall this was not a good experience and i will have a hard time using Haul in the future.

I ordered a 6' x 12' utility trailer and when i sent my store room tech to pick up the trailer he returned with a 6'x12' cargo trailer. I was not able to load everything in the trailer and was not able to send everything to it's location.

The worst customer service that I have ever experienced. The individual that I worked with to check out the trailer was vulgar and virtually unwilling to answer simple questions about the trailer that I was renting. Unbelievable.

This was my first time ever renting a U-Haul to drive. It was my daughter and I moving her from DePere, WI to Univ of MN college. Truck was extremely easy to park. Even backed it in to a narrow driveway from a narrow street! Thank You!
