Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe keys for the truck were not in the lockboxes. The person working at the BP wasn’t able to help (not her fault, she was very polite and courteous). Thank heavens customer service was able to help, although it was a very long wait to get to her. Customer service rep was fantastic! I will never use a “self check in” with the app ever again.
Kristina WEverything was quick & easy ! Thanks
DEVINE BThe checkout/pickup of this vehicle was by far the most most uncomfortable experience.. Please reach out to me if you feel I'm a valued customer. Thanks for reading this!
Darell GThe self pick up experience is not something I ever want to do again. While I did manage to finally get my keys, it took 45 minutes to get the Geo location feature to work. This is also not a proper U-Haul location, which was not what I signed up for, but I understand that is where the available truck was.
