People in the office were rude. They didn’t really help and just kicked you out basically after getting your keys. Customer service on the phone to ask for an extra day also RUDE and threaten you right away with “stolen truck” for asking for an extra day and willing to pay.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulWe did a return with the return location closed but got a call back from the owner. He was very helpful.
J NIf you tell the renter of the truck to bring it back with the same amount of gas they do and then you charge them $50 for gas, thats a double standard and not right
SUSIE WTruck was nice and clean. The only problem was it took forever to capture my photo and my license.I had to do it over and over until it finally took other than that.It was a great experience oh also took me a bit to unlock the box to get the keys! Lol
