The pick up location itself was perfectly fine; the attendant was polite and helpful. However, I was sent no indication that this was my pickup location. I had put a different location as my preferred pick up. The preferred location was confirmed in email, and on the phone. It wasn’t until we entered the store the morning of the move that we learned from the attendant that our rental was somewhere else—the location across town. We were late to our own move and incurred additional unplanned mileage expenses because of the total lack of communication on Uhauls part. That seems grossly neglectful and insincere, to confirm one location not once, but twice, and give zero indication of the actual location. Had the attendant at the preferred location not looked it up for us and given us the location, we would have had no way of knowing where to collect our truck.

The manager Ruth overcharged me. Did not honor the VIP offer given to me. Charged me for things I didn’t want. Charged my card rather than put the card on hold. I had to complain to customer Service and now I have to wait for the area manager to call me to rectify this issue. I will be surprised if he or anyone actually calls

I was pulled over by weld county sheriff's department for the fact that the trailer i received had no break lights what so ever. I was forced to leave the trailer where it sat until the morning when it was a little safer to move it. When i rent something from uhaul it should be in safe drivable condition and not the way i received it. Anyone who asks me about your company will be told this and i will not suggest the trailers to anyone else. I qm very disappointed.

Office was closed before 5 pm. Had a hard time with the word lock on the truck. Took several tries and some tinkering (20 minutes worth) to get it to open. The emergency contact never answered (called twice, 10 minutes apart) and never called back.

When I arrived, Monday, around 1, I wanted to come in to return and review. The hours were stated as open no other sign was there. The office was locked and I wanted to make aware of a windshield ding that occurred along the way. The woman working the store was standing inside the gate talking to a man and had done so for at least a half hour. I was waiting for my ride when’s pizza delivery arrived. The woman screamed at the man as she slowly walked to the gate entry. Continued to yell then went inside with her pizza. I used the key drop box. Horrible customer seevice, lack of concern or care for her facility. Will use different sites future.

When I got the unit to pick up my trailer the store was closed. It says open from 8:30-5. I was there at 8:45am to pick up by uhaul at 9am. Nobody ever came. A guy from Roche construction who owns property came by to drop something off and ended up calling westview. The lady there walked this guy through checking out a uhaul. He doesn’t work at uhaul so had no idea what he was doing. This took over hour and half. Unfortunately he had no clue how to hook up the uhaul to my truck so when I was driving down the road the uhaul came off and the tongue of trailer hit my bumper making a dent. Long story short this was a Terrible experience with very little help.

Was the worst service I have ever had from a uhaul place.. I had to go to a place and drag the trailer around by hand hard my back and the lady was so not good at her job.. I will never rent from that place again

First of all I would like to start with the woman at the location where I picked up the trailer, she was very rude to myself and my wife. She actually helped someone else who came in after us. And then the trailer I rented was not in a road Worthy condition, the brakes did not work because the cylinder leaked all the brake fluid out. I am going to fill a complaint to the Federal Trade Commission in regards to this matter, if I don't get a response from your Company soon.

I called to ensure someone was going to be there so I could drop off the dolly and come back later to drop off the truck after it was unloaded. The person on the phone said that was fine. When I got there it was closed and no one was there. I also had to pull into a one way driveway, small, with no room to turn around. It was awful. I was all by myself and if it wasn't for the help of a good samaritan passing by, I would have been stuck there and my day would have been ruined because the movers were already waiting for me. The driveway is awful! Too small, no place to turn around, you have to be an expert at reversing with a dolly if you ever want to get out of there. And who was on the phone telling me go ahead and show up? And why couldn't uhaul send someone to help? And it is not fenced in when you drop off so that made me very nervous. I would never recommend this location to someone who has been traveling for days and stressed from moving, ever!

I don't believe the location was the problem but U-Haul as a company. I had ordered 2 26 foot trucks and was told they would be at 2 different locations. I ordered several weeks in advance. A week out from our move I got a call from a U-Haul Rep stating that both of my trucks had been moved to the C street location. On the day of our move, I went to the C street location and they only had 1 of our 26 foot trucks. We were at this location for an hour and a half and U-Haul could not locate us the other truck. I offered my reservation numbers and the worker at C street said that she had it all in front of her but that UHaul didn't have the other truck. Finally we were give a 20ft and 15 ft truck in addition to our 26 ft truck. If we had not had a 3rd driver we would have had major issues. Luckily we were not paying movers to be at our property to load the trucks or else we would have owed them an hour and a half worth of labor to just stand around while we dealt with UHaul. As a Real 'Estate Agent I would never recommend UHaul to anyone who had limited drivers or was going out of state in case this same thing happened again. Finally, around 8PM the night of our move, we got a call from the F street location where our 2nd reservation had originally been asking if we were going to pick up our truck. I told her what had occurred and she again repeated that UHaul not the specific locations were responsible for the locations and moving trucks around and that they were terrible at letting the specific locations know. I am very unsatisfied with my experience.



No on from the rental agency came out to make sure i took the correct trailer nor test the plug in that runs the lights, blinkers and brake lights. Seems a little concerning to me that they may allow someone who doesn't have the right size ball on their hitch or even have the ability to plug in the trailer lights could get a trailer there and be driving on our streets and highways as a danger to others. The gal who helped me was very nice and friendly though.

DO NOT GO HERE. I also rented a storage space from Ruth, in addition to the U-Haul trailer. After a long day of moving I came back to the facility to unload and turn in the trailer and the storage unit was padlocked. I called Ruth and she was very confused and unorganized. My option was to wait an undetermined amount of time for her to either find a way up there or contact someone else to come quicker and find a possible open unit. I reminded her, as we had previously discussed, that after unloading I had a 5 hour drive and it was getting late. I told her I preferred to just get on the road and turn the trailer in there. She agreed and apologized for her mistakes. We repeated this arrangement three times. Next day corporate U-Haul calls and says I have to pay an enormous fee for not returning it same day/same location, and there’s nothing they can do. I called Ruth, who said she’d call me back and didn’t. I paid $280 vs $30. DO NOT GO HERE.
