The counter people were in a zoom meeting with the volume cranked super high, eating their breakfast. I could barely understand what the lady was telling me because the volume of the meeting was so high. Almost all of the “work” was done by me through an app and the people helping me gave off a very disinterested “here, go take care of it yourself in the rain” attitude. I felt like I was interrupting their meeting and was an inconvenience. I don’t need a ton of amazing service to feel like I matter as a customer but at least make a customer feel like you aren’t an inconvenience to their breakfast meeting. Will find another place to rent from in the future.
