My truck wasn’t ready had to clean it before I could take it. I had to go down the street to pick up my tow dolly and they didn’t have one. Had to come back the next day for a trailer and I had to wait an hour to get it. If I ran a business I would have the truck and trailer hooked up ready for people to pick up, especially if it’s only three blocks away I would go and get it and have it ready for the customer. Then I told him I wanted to get a storage unit when I got to Neosho Missouri and they said fine. I got here & the closest one was 25 miles away. That is misleading to me The guy at this end was very nice and very helpful but that was only good thing about the whole experience. I wouldn’t recommend you guys to anybody. I’m really frustrated.

It was painless and wonderful because you have to remember I had to unload the truck and I dont really want to be bothered about anything when returning the truck and that's what happened when I returned the truck

The store had to change out a tow chain Tha was worn past the recommended limits. We also had a rear turn signal not working. The staff thought it was a fuse in my truck. But there is no towing turn signal fuse in the truck. Staff changed out the electrical cord from the trailer to the adapter and all lights became functional. Regardless of these issues the staff was very friendly and willing to resolve issues. Which is why I would recommend this location.

Grand Junction Lincoln Park continues to preform well below standards. The truck that was sent out needed to be serviced. A poor preforming 20ft truck made a difficult situation that much worse. To improve for the next customer would be to shut down the vehicle rental portion of the business and focus on the storage areas!

Well, we had to buy a 2" ball, and the guy there removed our 2 5/16", but installed the 2" ball incorrectly. Didn't use the nylon washer, was the wrong size for our receiver, thankfully the cotter pin held, but it ruined the threads and receiver having come loose. Also didn't care for the guy complaining that he had to get the equipment from a different store, even though I reserved a month earlier.

The person in charge was very helpful and quickly took note of the damage/disrepair on the fender, and gave us the phone number of U-Haul headquarters so that we could report the attitude of the person in charge at the pick up location in Pace, Florida.

When I came in the lady at the desk was having a phone or maybe video call on speaker in front of me. The caller sounded like maybe another employee or friend but not another customer. They were swearing and saying overall rude things about someone. She didn't bother to take the caller off speaker. I have no problem with swearing in casual context but this was a business and it was really unprofessional. She took her time ending the call so I sat in front of her for a minute or two. Then I started messing around on my phone for 5-8 minutes while she casually chatted. Then she came out and didn't give much of an explanation of anything, just that I would get a final receipt in my email, no confirmation that the trailer was good or that I gave back my blankets - I went in to confirm that I didn't need to do anything else and she was nice and friendly but overall it was pretty off putting.

Make sure the customer knows where the pickup location is. I did have some confusion there when I went to pick up the truck. I think the moving pads should not be an extra charge and I think the truck should be equipped with tie down straps.
