ANNA TUHAUL itself experience was horrible! I made reservations over the phone to the N. Burnside location in Gonzales set for Saturday 8am. Went there for set time 8am was told u cant get it til 10. show them my email they shrugged their shoulders and blow me off. i called U haul, they found another pickup location about 5 miles out which cost more money miles and fuel. the operator in return told me i was gonna get a $50 reimbursement. cool. get to second location my reservations wasn't found in system on website cause uhaul was down for about 40mins or so. needless to say I everything figured out by 940am. Call UHAUL for $50 credit they operator was gone for they day and credit was not found in system. the new operator said they dont know who told me that, lol. no supervisor was available and he said the operator was who was going to initiate the credit will not be there on Monday or Tuesday but he just said he don't know who told me about a credit so how do you know when she will or will not be available. What a joke !! But thanks to 2nd location they did everything to make it a faster process

Thank You sir. 🙏 Note to UHAUL: Make ur website clearer for each location & that downloading the AP IS REQUIRED to check your truck out after business hours. Ty 🫶
Lisa GNo customer services at all. Gave me a non-working tow dolly which I had to go to 2 different U-Haul services centers in Baton Rouge before I got a new tow dolly that worked. I would never recommend Compass Ventures to anyone. Completely incompetent.
