Not a thing, miss Shawn came to the location even though they were closed,at the time I arrived, a very nice pleasant lady, I'm all but sure I will be back ,never had an easier transaction anywhere else

KENNETH CThe agent did not get up or go outside to look at the condition of the truck i was returning. Did not check the mileage or fuel level of the truck i was returning. I asked for a printed receipt he would not give me one. I told him I would not pay the additional charge of 64.00 until I was issued one. I was told “take it up with U-Haul.” One additional observation, he had the same bad attitude when I rented the truck. Extremely unprofessional.
