We appreciated that when we drove up to return the truck in the dolly the management actually met us out at the truck.She asked how our journey across the country had gone and if there was any issues we wanted to report. When hearing that everything had been more than satisfactory she reassured us that all the paperwork was in order and we would be receiving the final documents ... which we did receive within a very short time. Bringing a conclusion to a very long moving journey!

When we drove up with the U-Haul truck in dolly, the management actually walked out to the truck to meet us. Told us all of the paperwork was in order. Asked if we had anything we needed to report about the equipment or anything that happened as we crossed the country.. She reassured us that everything was in order and within a short time we had all necessary receipts in hand. Thank you so very much!!!
