james W.This dispatcher location sent two full/occupied Uboxes (with someone else's stuff) out to a customer's location to be loaded. Once this was discovered, the two boxes had to be sent back to the dispatcher, and new empty boxes re-loaded on to the trailer. This caused a significant delay in beginning the load-up of the customer's things and ended up resulting in not being able to get the trailer and boxes back to the dispatcher on time.
