Employees were a little cold in response. This probably due to rental clientele - folks trying to get by with their errors with your equipment. I don’t have a suggestion.

After-hours drop off, was charged $20. Called in two times all I get back is "you will get e return call"

First truck had an almost bald front tire. They switched trucks but didn’t change mileage or gas amount on new contracts. There was a 1/4 tank difference and about 5,000 miles difference. I had to call uhaul and asked them to change it. Returned it in Lufkin, tx. Left keys in night drop Box. Next day I receive a phone call. They DID NOT identify themselves when I answered phone. He simply said: “Becky, where are the keys to the truck?” Really? I had no idea who this was. SOOOO RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Only plus to the experience was that the truck drove and ride well.

Everything about this experience was great except for the discrepancy in cost. I was not able to return my truck at the original time, so I called the number given to me and they said I would be able to keep it until 3pm the next day for no extra charge. I dropped the truck off around 1am- 13 hours before the extension- and I’m still being charged double fees

When I was returning the rental truck to the 902 W Walnut Garland, TX 75040 U Haul location around 6:00pm - there no sunlight during December - I didn't feel safe. I recommend adding more security feature - besides more light - to ensure that I can get help if I was in danger

Wrong information was provided to us. The man that checked us out was not helpful at all & did not walk around the vehicle to inspect it before we drove off. Was on cell phone the entire time, not helpful. Stayed he was the owner which I don’t believe he was.

It took over an hour to get a trailer... even after doing everything online the day before. They appeared unorganized because of all the people in line and computer issues. Along with an apology they kindly didn’t charge us for a dolly. Overall, they were good, just hope we were there on an off day.

my first time in my life renting a U Haul!!! had a great experience!!! everyone was so nice and professional! starting with when I called to get started I spoke to an AJ! she was great!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :) the young lady in the store at desk was great!!!!!! very helpful! also I told her the Restroom gets an A+ I was impressed!!!! very CLEAN!!!!!!!!! just tell everyone to keep up the great job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would rather walk and look at the rental with the staff and make notes on any existing damages in place of doing it my self on my cell phone. being no-experienced leaves the window open to my liability. Some people may not even be able to understand how to use the app.

After hours drop box for the keys was a little confusing. There were 2 locations about 10 feet apart. One location had 3 combination boxes with slots in the top to place keys. The other location had a gold colored hinged slotted opening to drop keys, but no combination. Above each location was a sign that said 24/7 key drop. I wasn’t sure which location I should put the keys, so I guessed and hoped for the best. Other than that, overall I had a good experience.
