Didn't move the truck it had snow all around it while the rest of the lot was plowed the could've moved it so I wasn't struggling to get the truck out over the snow. Also the don't inspect the truck prior to confirming as the back of the truck was frozen shut I had to call someone to help me open it and had to have someone help me move the truck out of where the snow was paying customer can't even get respected enough to not have to try to drive over piles of snow when the truck was stuck af

I got charged for a key cut when I personally put the key in the box on the door. They never bothered to notify me never called me nothing but charge my credit card. I did file a complaint have not got a response yet and I am doing a charge back with my credit card company.
HECTOR LThe only suggestion I would have, and I believe the gentleman didn’t know is that the passenger side windshield wiper when I first used it part of the piece broke off. The renter never would’ve known unless it was tested before.

William MNot much of a cell signal in the area so be patient. Had problems with checking in when using the Uhaul app. Don't use the app. Use the uhaul website to check in. Smooth running from then on. It's easy to log in using just your phone number. All in all I will definitely use Uhaul from this location again.
