I was to pick up the truck at 9:00 AM. I got to the location at 8:48 AM. Started the check-in process using the app is iffy at best, couldn’t upload pictures took an hour and 15 minutes to get everything entered so I could leave with the truck location has bad cell service and Internet. I would prefer to deal directly with someone that would enter information and hand me the key. No one does a visual inspection anymore before or after I have used Uhaul for many years many times is getting harder and the locations have no one that can help you effectively. When returning equipment same issues takes me too long, too many problems. The truck AC fan would cut on and off during the Rental would think you would need to address this issue.. also when reserving the truck I would get confirmation that immediately an email showing a different pick up time at a different location when I called on the phone to address this same thing happen again I spent over an hour dealing with that also. Not very effective/productive from my standpoint.

CARLOS JThe locks are terrible. Very difficult to open. When you click on the button that you can’t get the keys, it tells you to talk to the person working here. But they have no idea how to get the locks undone, they work at the mini mart, not U-Haul. Avoid this location.
JAMES RThe person working at this location did not know how to deal with a UHaul rental so one has to use the app. The cell service in this area is so poor it took nearly 45 minutes to check the truck out because of all the pictures that had to be uploaded, which kept timing out.
