Truck rented, and I reserved an appliance dolly. Upon picking up, I was advised no appliance dolly and no other supplies at that location. Was not charged for it, but the truck was reserved and rented because appliances need to be moved. This put us in a bad position. Should not be allowed to reserve equipment if none is available to rent. Called other location as advised and was told all locations out and can't rent just a dolly, has to go with truck contract rental.

Brad SThe service was great
Gregory TAlthough staff on-site were not U-Haul employees, they were friendly and helpful. The app, however, was difficult to use, and pictures would not save to upload.
