I dropped off after hours
Yvonne N.Shae was very nice and was apologetic about issues with the first uhaul I rented, The first U-Haul I rented had some serious internal issues that I was not aware of until I actually hit the highway. Shae was considerate of my time and apologized on the previous drivers behalf, I wish the U-Haul would've been inspected properly so that this issue would've never happened but I'm really glad that Shae worked with me the entire time to make sure I got to my new place safely.
