The office area looked disorganized and very little U-Haul supplies could be seen. The trailers and trucks were loosely organized. I am disappointed U-Haul didn’t notify me that I may need an adapter to connect trailer to my truck. You had year a model of my truck. Wasted 40 minutes finding an adapter.
THOMAS AGentleman who ran the site was very helpful and attentive. He provided instructions on use of the vehicle, as well as made sure it was clean.
MICHELLE LOn rainy days, where the trucks are parked, there are some deep puddles and my feet got a little wet as it was dark and I didn't see them. They could use a light or two where they have the trucks parked - HOWEVER - the truck was clean, the keys were easy to find, and everything went as expected.
