karen L.The people at the location needs to be more professional. I called asking for a rental, the owner of location told me he has trucks available to rent and to come in immediately. When I get there he is nowhere to be found. I waited 10 minutes before someone finally came and provided service. The person that provided service was very short and rude. He did not have ANY customer service skills.
