I was charged for fuel at the return location when I filled it back up to just at quarter which was what I got it at the experience to obtain it was great but it road really ruff office asked me to sen pictures of pick up drop off I did but no response to why I was over charged

The overall experience was maybe a 2 star. I don't believe it was 100% the fault of uhaul. But to make a reservation at a business for 7am when they don't open until 9am. R&R Lawnmower Repair. That's NOT good. I took a day off work. I had Pele at my house who took time off. To then be told they don't open until 9. I could reserve another truck at 9 further away. I decided to stay 3 miles from my location that 20 miles... same time reservation. Then 9:10 cubes and goes with no one at the reserved location. Had to chamber to 20 miles away. 2 1/2 hours wasted for 7 people. That's not okay at all!!! Although Triple x auto was great with transferring reservation. R&R, 0 stars. Triple X, 4+ Stars. It was a very stressful day prior to this. R&R should lose the privilege of uhaul renting!

TROY VI received at notice that said my return was needed for the next customer. As a nurse with a compassionate heart, I unloaded and returned the truck a day early. There was no one to assist so I called the 1-800 UHaul number to get assistance with closing out my contract thinking it might be a speedier process. The girl at UHaul was unfriendly and refused to help me through the online process to check out. The site where I was had space internet and the lack of that I kept being booted offline making me having to restart the check out. After multiple tries, a few cuss words , and finally a few tears, I mucked my way through to completion only to charge me an extra $6 for mileage overage!!! Suffering through this disappointment and the fact I added extra gasoline to boot I was done. I am a long time customer and I have experienced some good and some bad experiences with UHaul. This was the worst time. The truck radio didn’t work, the left headlight running light didn’t work, the truck vibrated at 63 mph, so it was a long 13 hours, the inside of the cab and the back were not clean. Disappointed in this service so that I will probably look into Penske next time.
