Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe people that’s representing you do not speak English that well couldn’t hardly understand what was going on. You need to have representatives that can speak English.
Randall PThere were blankets in the back of the truck when I picked it up. I never touched them and cleaned every place I used. Thank you.
Nathan JTrailer had bad tire, store owner could barely speak English. I also did not select safe tow for 25.00, agreed to the warning about me being responsible for damages, then surprise when I get my re eipt I was billed 25.00 for that insurance.
Mark KIt took many tries to get the link to accept my drivers license pictures. The clerk wasn’t much help but we finally got it to work. There was no one to help with the hookup other than to take pictures.
