The 3 men working were not very friendly. They did what they had to and rushed us out. We had to find our own way to the truck. We ordered a dolly and it was old and dirty and the tires were bad. Not a great experience. The truck we took only had a quarter of a tank which I was told when I reserved it the trick would be full. Shoot it was almost empty. I played over 430 dollars for this experience.

I haven’t used u-haul for some time, but it seemed to my the counter people just got lazy. They don’t mind telling you how to do things in your app. But dam, just do it yourself people, you get paid to help out the customers. Ya might want to address this in the future. Thanks for your service.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Altamesa Fort Worth location workers made me want to rip my head off. I have never in my life dealt with people who lacked so much common sense, intelligence as well as not being able to do their job the way these guys did. I left so angry that I will never rent from uhaul again. Next time I will goto budget. Or anywhere more friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to their job. Not even helpful when It came to me asking questions about driving with the trailer and removing it from my vehicle. DO YOUR JOB!!!!!!

I do not agree with you charging a cleaning fee or an after hours fee. The truck was not dirty in any way and the return center closed at 12pm the day that I rented the truck. How could I possibly have returned it within business hours when I picked it after that. This is theft. Zero stars.

Truck wasn’t where it was supposed to be. Manager told me I had to go and look for it. Had to go all the way across property to find truck. Than I had to go ALL the way back to the office just to get damn keys. There was a rat in my storage unit after being told they have zero rat problem

The morning in which I rented my vehicle it was very cold with drizzles of snow. The customer service representative took needed information, and was pleasant. However; he indicated that the vehicle was in a location in which it was not, so I had to go into the building to ask where the vehicle was located. Basically pointing to an area outside. A second customer service representative Provided a map and told me the vehicle was in a second location again, vehicle not in said location. So now, I’m walking around the whole inventory in the cold trying to find my rental. I had rented a dolly a large $10 dolly which was not in the vehicle. UHaul Has always been the standard for moving rentals for many years, with the customer expectation of provider having rented vehicle pulled up to the front with all equipment inside, that was not the case at this particular location. A customer should never have to go and search for in three different locations to find a rental, in hot cold weather. Nor send a customer out with no knowledge themselves of vehicle location. You send out these surveys to get patron response and evaluation. it is myHope that you use this evaluation to improve services at this particular location as it was not acceptable and far below the historical UHAUL standards. I am not a pleased customer. And no, I would not refer to a friend. Thank you for your time and consideration in this matter.

We were having to rent a trailer on short notice so arrived 15 minutes before closing. This annoyed the person at the reception desk and it was apparently an inconvenience. I will not say he was rude but rather short with me. The next morning it became apparent that something was not right with how the unit pulled. I've rented this same trailer four times over as many years. Once unloaded I noticed brake / hydraulic fluid dripping under the mechanism. The entire round trip FW-Dallas-FW was without brakes and gave a great amount of give front to back rough ride. Your Inspection process must be lacking in the make ready areas.

I was there for over 25 min filling out info I did online. I returned to purchase a lock for the u haul. I didn't know I needed one. Anyway, too slow. AND I DID NOT GET A RECEIPT.

I had booked the pick up at 0800 using the 24/7 pick-up. When I got there at 0800 I was not able to pick up my truck as it had been changed to a “hand delivery” when the store opened at 0900. I told the owner this and he didn’t seem to know or care. I then had to wait while they got my equipment ready as nothing had been prepared prior to my arrival even an hour after I was supposed to have the truck. When I returned the truck I couldn’t find anyone to help me outside so I went in to the store and waited in line while two people completed their rentals (20 minutes) to be told that I had to go outside and find someone. The employee who actually processed my return was great but he was the only one who helped me with the return.
