Have someone at the location to help the customers. I had a reservation for 9 am and didn't get any help until 930 am. I had to call the number I found on Google to finally get someone to steer me to my rental truck via phone. The keys were above the visor and the truck door was unlocked and I was able to just take the truck and leave without the assistance of an actual person being there. If I known that was the procedure of this location I could have saved myself 30 minutes.

I submitted a rental for an appliance dolly, and instead had a utility dolly. Accurate others would be an improvement.

The Uhaul smelled like someone had been smoking in it when I picked it up. The windshield wipers were also beat up!
It would be great to pave or apply new gravel to the unpaved section of your lot. It's pretty bumpy there with a trailer. Otherwise, you made it easy for us. Thanks.
This experience was TOP NOTCH from start to finish. The Sansom Park location didn't have the truck I needed so they hooked me up with the N. Main location and then John and Christina took EXCELLENT care of me at the N. Main location. I even got a credit on my bill for having gas in the truck when I started out and not using much of it during the trip. It costed much less than I expected. Christina was a dream to work with and super easy. She made my day go very smoothly. I highly recommend the N. Main location of U Haul. They will treat you like royalty!!
Great and quick service!
I know this isn't the place to put this, I'd love to tell youngsters Uhaul has meant to me. This location was the first place I rented a Uhaul from, and hopefully it's the last. In April, I found my long term relationship coming to bitter end. Needless to say, I had to start over and move into my own place. So I started shopping for furniture and came across my first big purchase. I didn't have a truck, and most of my friends that had one all worked opposing schedules, so I made the decision to rent a uhaul. The location was close to work, and even though COVID restrictions were in place, Christina made the entire process smoothe. She called me to finish my contract, explained to how charges worked, and she was so sweet and efficient in every aspect of it. I rented a few other uhauls over the course of the next few months, and NONE of my experiences were like this. I moved into my apartment yesterday, and rented from this location simply because of how wonderful they are I don't know if Christina will ever get a chance to read this, but I want her to know it was a long road to get to this point, and shes forever touched my heart. Thank you!

All that was there was lady that could not do anything to help. Had to hook up the trailer and unhook myself then send a picture by my phone to a phone number on the door. Showing it was hooked up correctly. When I returned to pay cash, Cause I didn't want it on my debit card. The lady came out & took my cash never offered me any receipt. She told me with taxes it would be $60 bucks took my cash & walked away. Didn't even get a thank you. Had the trailer all of two hours. You could give a person a break. Just had to help get my buddy off the interstate before dark.

Very friendly and excellent customer service even after taking the truck off the lot.
First I'd like to give Kuddos to Christa Emery (sp?). She's awesome!!! She's friendly, incredibly helpful, and helped me save some money by suggesting I rent via the day instead of an alternative method another UHaul rep had suggested. I originally was schedule to.pick up my u-haul from another location. But due to some medical emergency of that owner/worker I had to find another location. I'm glad. I liked Christina better even tho this location was a bit further away.
The location and people were great. The uhaul operations protocol was very bad. I was told I could turn-in the trailer anywhere, then received and email directing me to a turn-in location that was closed. I spent over an hour getting rid of it. When renting the equipment, I was sent to three locations by the system to finally get one. You need to put operations specialists and computer techs in a room and "iron out" your administrative deficiencies.
Good Service. Experience was pretty simple considering Covid's impact on many businesses. I may have been charged a bit more than I expected, I'm not sure, but I guess it all depends on one reading all the fine print which is hard when you are pressured to move all the sudden. I turned truck in about 18 hrs sooner than reserved.. **Renters be sure to note the amount of gas on the gauge when you pick up so when you go to drop it off you make gauge the same or they can charge you 4.50/gal. : )
Great service and excellent communication and pricing for our immediate moving needs. I highly recommend that if you live in the Saginaw/Fort Worth area to call JR's!!
