SHAWN L.When I showed up to pick up a van; it was not available. No apology. When I asked what the plan was, it was the response .. No other trucks avail either. Had to go in the opposite direction of travel to get a 10' truck that I did not want due to ease of getting into cab and cargo areas. It took me an extra hour and an extra almost 20 miles to get a vehicle. No compensation was offered. P/u location very friendly but not open on Sunday. I hate doing the mobile return.
