I think there was something wrong with the trailer. Perhaps a wheel bearing. It shook violently at low speeds 20-30 MPH. I reviewed comments online and attributed it to the weight of the unloaded dolly; however the condition was the same when loaded with the car. I pointed it out to Jon’s when I returned the trailer. To that end I don’t think I would use a tow dolly again.

Jawana PWes went above and beyond to help. His service was phenomenal and completely what professionalism should look like everywhere. He was kind, courteous, and genuinely knowledgable about everything we were needing.
GARRETT LGreat service....
MICHAEL BDropped trailer off on monday. Was told I have to use the app for the drop off- when I told them the app wasn't working he just shrugged and said I can do it over wifi when I get home. That didn't work. He didn't offer to help back me up or unhook the trailer. I left it on the lot with no assurances. App did not work. I called several times through the week to get the drop of concluded but nothing happened til friday, the 3rd day over due for the return.
