They had no furniture pads, although the reservation contained bed them.
J HI I was charged for mileage for in town move. I only had to U-Haul for three hours and I think I went the average of 12 miles and I thought mileage was free unlimited and I put the gas back in it.

SHaron GThe only thing I had difficulty with was the fact that if I didn’t have as good phone I wouldn’t be able to get the truck. I am 68 years old and it took me like 20 minutes to get the truck and 20 minutes to return it. Lost more time than I expected and no one available to help me. It was a nightmare. Company trying to save money and if the person isn’t computer savvy, it’s going to be hard to get the best service. Thanks
