I've rented U-Haul trailers many time. This was the best pickup of a trailerI've had. The young lady who checked me in was very friendly and very helpful with all questions and with making sure the equipment was properly attached. I showed up early and she took care of me right away, unlike the last situation where I was told that they couldn't check me in until my time, and blamed it on U-Haul and its computer system. I will need a trailer again next month, and will rent from there again if they have the equipment I need.

The mobile pick up didn't work. The owner advised I cancel and make a new reservation. He said he couldn't access me in his system. I did not want to think my rate would change but after a 20 minute hold with uhaul I did. My 2nd reservation which I also paid for was unable to be accessed by him it would only pull my 1st cancelled reservation. He then advised I cancel that one so he could book me as a walk in which i did and my rate was $30 more. Wasn't a very smooth rental but the onsite rep was patient and helpful, more of a corporate issue maybe

I paid and scheduled a 15' and only a 20' was available. I also rented and paid for a furniture dolly that was not available. I would like a refund for any extra fee on the 20' and the dolly 10$ that I did not get. Thanks

Both times I've used Uhaul the locations did not have the dolly that I paid for and instead provided me with other things which werent what I needed.

Make sure air conditioning system is working

The person at the desk was already on the phone with someone trying to figure out how to use the system. The people in front of me trying to get the keys for their truck were not allowed because the guy could not process payments. Before I could even explain I had the 24/7 and I just needed the keys I already paid, he told me to call the 800 uhaul number. Bullshit, and then he charged me for 1 mile knowing I NEVER TOOK OUT THE UHAUL. I called uhaul and talked to multiple people over an hour span for the last person to finally tell me he could remove it for the towing company to say I used it for a mile is bullshit. I've consistently used uhaul and this is last time.
