You need to add the name of the drop off place to the confirmation. It took half an hour to find since it did not have a uhaul sign.

I have rented a H-Haul truck many times, and this location provided me with the best experience yet. From the reservation to drop-off, it was professional, easy, and convenient. I highly recommend this location.
Dean JThe Location was not convenient for us. There were not many location choices in our area to pick up a 20 foot truck. The standard response was: 1. No 20 foot trucks are available at this location. 2. U-haul will take care of this for you.

Dan HThe clerk at this gas station and convenience store allowed customers buying drinks, snacks, and other items to continously cut in front of me during the U-Haul check-out process. It took about 30 minutes for him to issue the truck to me due to all the starting and resuming of the process. He was a friendly guy but I would have preferred he finish the process in one fell swoop. The truck was clean and new, so no issues with the equipment.
