I called ahead to say I was returning the trailer early. I arrived to a closed security gate with a note to call a number. I called the number and had to leave a voice mail. Someone finally wandered out of a building and opened the gate. He had me pull in to what looked more like a salvage yard. He did unhook the trailer and used a dolly to move it to the side so I could then back out of the yard. I asked if there was any paper work and he said no. This was on 11/3 at 4pm. I didn’t feel comfortable with this interaction so I gave UHaul a call and spoke with Toni. She documented my return. Today I get this receipt showing the trailer returned 11/5 at 2:45. Who knows where or what the trailer has been doing the last two days.
