Very disappointed. No one at the U-Haul place even though posted hours say it should be open. Waited at least 1 hour and finally starting calling the original place I ordered U-Haul from. I had gotten an email to pick up from a different address. Finally got in touch with 800 U-haul and he was very helpful but of course could not get us a dolly from the phone. I could go pick up dolly from another place but we were already 2 hours behind on loading. Very frustrated.

Eva SLimited parking. Otherwise a smooth return.
Kraig SExcellent experience. Initially I was a bit concerned as my reservation location changed but everything worked out great. The person at the pick-up site was wonderful, helpful and very easy to work with.
MARK NNice location tucked away in a neighborhood so very easy to get to and not busy
