No personality, poor greeting. He seems more interested in people who look like he did. I thought the service was very poor unappreciated.

LORETTA JI had to rent a truck 2x in a week (we had more then we estimated) the gentleman that worked the evening helped me both time. He was so kind and very helpful and i don't say that very often or recommend places and if anyone is need of a rental go here. No waiting in lines & fast friendly service. This was the first time using this location and I will definitely be back. To the gentleman, I truly appreciate you and your kindness
Michael BI ordered a dolly with my truck but no dolly was supplied with the truck rental. If someone is reading this can I get a refund for the cost of the dolly?
