It was a little hard to find the place it was not a uhaul station we had to leave it in the street parking area.

Reggie V.There was no staff present. I didn't know where to park. The store itself was very hard to find. Finally I found a mechanic working on a diesel tractor and he took the keys from me. There was no one in the office. Also, we were supposed to drop off at a location closer to home but when we got to that location they said they weren't accepting drop offs. We had to drive another 3 miles to the other location. There was a lot of confusion all the way around.
CHRISTINE W.What I have say has nothing to do with the location at fix it diesel. My issue was with uhaul. I have rented from uhal for years this is the first time I have had this bad experience. My trick was not at the location and they had no trucks οr other equipment. Went to the main location there are no trucks. A rep had to find me a truck that was 20 mins away. My move started started late. I which cost me time and money. The extra equipment I ordered was not in the truck. That cost me time and money. This my worst experience with uhal. I rated my overall experience a 2 star for the supply of the truck.
AuTisha T.I had a reservation to pick up in Rancho Cucamonga I get there and they are closed on wendsdays so I had to drive to fontana location.
