With the prevalence of COVID they did a great job of making us feel safe while still giving great service
In addition to poor directions on where to return the vehicle, poor lighting, etc., an insane $25 fee was charged for a COMPLETELY CLEAN TRUCK. Unacceptable and will not be using this location again. And really, a .40 cent fee for ONE MILE OVER?!
Make it very clear that you need to put the smallest lock possible on the trailer door. I had a 1.5 inch lock on it and it still enough play in the door handle that it opened up after bouncing down the freeway. I ended up loosing a $100 dewalt weed wacker. It was one of the least expensive items in the trailer but still not happy about it. I wired the trailer shut for the remainder of my trip as well as locked it.
I did the early check in and still waited for 45 minutes to get the trailer
It was a great experience. Young lady went above and beyond helping hook up the trailer and lights. There was a ground issue. She checked harness, plug on truck, came up with grounding solution. Very impressed
We had to wait for a bit of time to be assisted with our pick up of a utility trailer. We had the available time, but maybe the next time we won't have extra time??? Maybe the pandemic has played a role in the efficiency of customer service.
Super speedy. Safe practices. Loved the assistance ensuring the trailer was securely attached. Suggested additional options, but not pushy.
I had problems finding what I needed close to me. The return area is a little confusing and dark at night.
Get better attitudes, very rude customer services needs to be worked on.
Very Slow Customer service
Better customer service, the one lady was very rude when she asked if we needed something we explained that the other lady had helped us she made rude comments under her breathe.. I asked her how she could be acting that way towards customers since they just opened and honestly if I didn't need the truck I would've gone to a different site to have better customer service. The other lady was great! This was how she treated multiple customers this day as well because when we dropped keys off the next day other customers that were there stated she gave them the same experience... so honestly unless this were to change I would tell my friends and family to go elsewhere since there's a 50% chance they would deal with negativity on a moving day which is already stressful enough.
This location always seems to have the rental equipment I need, when needed. Only things I can suggest are the following: 1) website pick-up timing does not calculate correctly...so, I entered in that I only needed the truck for 1-2 hours that way I was scheduled for a 8:30am pickup...otherwise, it was showing that I needed to pick up the equipment at 4am. Thankfully, Uhaul did not book my truck for someone else that day, assuming I only needed it for the 1-2 hours I selected on the website. This needs to be fixed or you will have unhappy and/or confused customers showing up for pick up at 4am. 2) The parking at this location is small and congested. Adding proper parking area for this location will greatly enhance the customer experience.

The people who worked there were 10 minutes late so there was about 5 people waiting in line trying to check in for a truck
Truck wasnt ready and was dirty
They did not provide enough information on anything. Every time I turned around there was another charge. Also they were not clear on renting the equipment and giving me something i didnt order or explaining y they gave me something. Also I am not sure who the man was BUT he did not realize that I was standing there, but said " that what the hell is she (me) doing towing a trailer If she cant even hook it up!?) Thats really good customer service!! I have towed boats and small trailers. This yahoo doesnt know who I am or what I am capable of. It was the worst experience ever!!

Good service, trailer i rented needs tires
This is not the location I requested to pick up from. As usual you (uhaul) didn't have what I wanted where I wanted it. I had to drive to another town 20 miles away to get the trailer and return it there. That was completely out of my way.
Process was easy; friendly staff; fair price ....sure helped make our move easier!
Friendly and knowledgeable staff! They are very accommodating. DuFrane is my go-to for using U-haul!
When we returned the truck to DuFranes part of the driveway was blocked off due to resealing it, that was understandable. The other side of the building's driveway was blocked by another uhaul truck that was dropped off there so we could not leave the truck by the building. My husband had to drive down a side street to get to the back of the property to leave the truck there. He then put the keys in the drop box in the building. Today I received a phone call from the number 414-963-9060 the woman on the phone said she was from uhaul and stated we did not return the truck and we could be charged an extra $20. I told her we did return it yesterday already and what happened with the problem returning it. She was very rude and said I will have to talk to DuFrane Moving myself to clear up the problem. She needs to learn how to speak to a customer in a professional manner. I called Dufrane Moving and the lady there was very nice and said the truck is there and it was taken care of.
My wife and I will definitely be recommending Du Frane Mini Storage to friends and family. They provided fabulous service. Can't say about those involved.
The people I interacted with are great. I do all my rentales through this location. Never had an issue Will cotinue using this location The experience was excellent.
