TITAN HMaybe a map? This location is somewhat large, yet condensed in a smaller area. I wasn't aware more.trucks would be on tbr other side of the storage area (east side of the office from Division) as it didnt seem large enough to hold any but there are vans and thr smaller 10-12ft trucks parked at an angle. Otherwise good stuff. Id say maybe change.the website to advise all thr additional information thag will be needed for self check out of vehicles. The app was unfriendly. I had difficulty getting it to recognize that my location was in fact turned on. As well as being frustrated that I had to spend roughly another 20 minutes just getting additional information entered that should have been done when the reservation was made initially. NOT at pick up. Also, having thr check out/return procedure insinuating that even though I had already paid a $130 deposit, my final charge was $105ish was additionally going to be charged. Better wording would be "finalized" or some type of differential wording. Along with a reminder thag charges may still fluctuate upon final inspection.
