We had to wait for a bit of time to be assisted with our pick up of a utility trailer. We had the available time, but maybe the next time we won't have extra time??? Maybe the pandemic has played a role in the efficiency of customer service.

Better customer service, the one lady was very rude when she asked if we needed something we explained that the other lady had helped us she made rude comments under her breathe.. I asked her how she could be acting that way towards customers since they just opened and honestly if I didn't need the truck I would've gone to a different site to have better customer service. The other lady was great! This was how she treated multiple customers this day as well because when we dropped keys off the next day other customers that were there stated she gave them the same experience... so honestly unless this were to change I would tell my friends and family to go elsewhere since there's a 50% chance they would deal with negativity on a moving day which is already stressful enough.

This location always seems to have the rental equipment I need, when needed. Only things I can suggest are the following: 1) website pick-up timing does not calculate correctly...so, I entered in that I only needed the truck for 1-2 hours that way I was scheduled for a 8:30am pickup...otherwise, it was showing that I needed to pick up the equipment at 4am. Thankfully, Uhaul did not book my truck for someone else that day, assuming I only needed it for the 1-2 hours I selected on the website. This needs to be fixed or you will have unhappy and/or confused customers showing up for pick up at 4am. 2) The parking at this location is small and congested. Adding proper parking area for this location will greatly enhance the customer experience.

They did not provide enough information on anything. Every time I turned around there was another charge. Also they were not clear on renting the equipment and giving me something i didnt order or explaining y they gave me something. Also I am not sure who the man was BUT he did not realize that I was standing there, but said " that what the hell is she (me) doing towing a trailer If she cant even hook it up!?) Thats really good customer service!! I have towed boats and small trailers. This yahoo doesnt know who I am or what I am capable of. It was the worst experience ever!!

This is not the location I requested to pick up from. As usual you (uhaul) didn't have what I wanted where I wanted it. I had to drive to another town 20 miles away to get the trailer and return it there. That was completely out of my way.

When we returned the truck to DuFranes part of the driveway was blocked off due to resealing it, that was understandable. The other side of the building's driveway was blocked by another uhaul truck that was dropped off there so we could not leave the truck by the building. My husband had to drive down a side street to get to the back of the property to leave the truck there. He then put the keys in the drop box in the building. Today I received a phone call from the number 414-963-9060 the woman on the phone said she was from uhaul and stated we did not return the truck and we could be charged an extra $20. I told her we did return it yesterday already and what happened with the problem returning it. She was very rude and said I will have to talk to DuFrane Moving myself to clear up the problem. She needs to learn how to speak to a customer in a professional manner. I called Dufrane Moving and the lady there was very nice and said the truck is there and it was taken care of.

The truck that we picked up had an issue with the windshield wipers not working. I would recommend that critical safety issues such as this are checked after every drop off.

The 26' truck I reserved was not available, no fault of the staff but due to the previous customer not returning it in time. The staff were very concerned and helpful to get me in a truck was available and suitable. The smaller truck and took more trips than planned but it was doable. The customer who did not return the truck as scheduled did cause my move to be more laborious than planned. I suggest UHaul develop and implement a system of penalties for such customers. It would hopefully deter future customers who decide to abuse the contract and guidelines of the rental agreement. Other than that misfortune, I'm ver satisfied with the service and helpfulness of the staff. It was a pleasure to work with them. I strongly recommend this company.

More organized don't quote people wrong Information. I went there the lady quote me for 29.99 for the U-Haul plus 1$ for every mile I put onto it I only buy 7 miles they over charged my card not tell me that gas or anything was included I also denied the insurance since I was staying in town. The service was by far the worst I have been to other U-Haul a which were better with better service. They were not professional swearing around yelling at each other.

This was my first experience with this retailer and it was very good. I was pleased the truck had a full tank. The reviews mentioned an issue with less than a full tank when given to that person so obviously the reviews are deceiving. Very helpful and friendly staff tried to make it as contactless as possible.

They were putting together a air conditioner for the office. It was a hot day. All doors were propped open to get a breeze. I walked in, and a lady said to the guy, “Oh, you left the doors open”? I felt as I was bugging them. Apparently this woman was here on her off day and the lady that was to be doing the office work was out back taking care of something. Woman in office says, “I didn't come in on my off day to do work” referencing to checking me out. She then says” if she doesn't come soon, just lock the doors”. Now that made me feel very unwanted as a customer. It was one of the most uncomfortable situations in my life. Wow!!!!! And they had awards on there wall for excellence!!! Don't know how they got those???

We waited 38 minutes after our scheduled pick up told to finally get into a truck. However, when we dropped the vehicle off the lady offered to check it in for us. That was very nice of her. I also booked for 4 hours but was only given 3. ??

It was my first time I rented a uhaul and everything went very smoothly I just thought the inside of the office was a complete mess and that bothered me a little bit.

The on line "pre registration" was useless. I initially had problems setting it up. Then after I was confirmed, I and several other people who had pre registered, had to wait in line for "confirmation" of the info we already gave. Then the kicker. When I went out I had half a tank. I was told when I brought it back to have...half a tank. I stopped and put in just over 2 gallons or $5 worth. The guage read just over a half. When I got my bill the diagram reflected less than half and I was charged for another 1.5 gallons. That was nearly 4 gallons, for TWELVE total miles or let's see...3 miles a gallon? Not good, and I'm not happy.
