This location does not have an office and only one person on site so customers have to wait in the parking lot or more specifically in the cold and or rain, to be assisted. It was pretty backed up when we got there and we waited almost an hour in line.Gerald S.

Improved communication. With COVID, the lobby was closed. The staff came to the door to communicate with us but typically wouldn't say what was next or an ETA on coming back to the door. We kind of awkwardly stood there for 10-15 minutes.KRISTINA A.

The service I received from DuFrane in Fond du Lac was fine. However, I some how ended up locking myself out of the vehicle. I called roadside assistant and they certainly dropped the ball on service. It was -11 degrees outside and I was forced to call the Sheriffs Department to provide shelter and to coordinate efforts to get me back into the vehicle. I give high ratings to that department and the Deputy that they dispatched to my rescue.RAYMOND O.

I've rented this motorcycle trailer once before, so I'm a know customer. I travel frequently for work. I always rent cars from Hertz because I'm a Gold member, which usually means I just walk from my plane to my car and away I go with quick stop exiting the lot for someone to check my driver license. The amount of paper to a $2,000 trailer is immense compared to renting a $40,000 car. Just saying...Mark H.

The lady who gave us our drop off info was rude as hell! Our pick up point told us that when we call to turn truck in they might let us turn the truck I. At osh kosh, wi since it was five miles down the road...the lady was rude and mean and said if we didn't drive 20 miles to Fonda lac wi then she would charge us another $150. That is ridiculous. I wouldn't recommend uhaul to anyone after she did that. U r not a friendly and customer oriented company...u care more about money than convenience for your customers.Timothy and Debo W.

In addition to poor directions on where to return the vehicle, poor lighting, etc., an insane $25 fee was charged for a COMPLETELY CLEAN TRUCK. Unacceptable and will not be using this location again. And really, a .40 cent fee for ONE MILE OVER?!Bill J.

Make it very clear that you need to put the smallest lock possible on the trailer door. I had a 1.5 inch lock on it and it still enough play in the door handle that it opened up after bouncing down the freeway. I ended up loosing a $100 dewalt weed wacker. It was one of the least expensive items in the trailer but still not happy about it. I wired the trailer shut for the remainder of my trip as well as locked it.Ryan M.

Better customer service, the one lady was very rude when she asked if we needed something we explained that the other lady had helped us she made rude comments under her breathe.. I asked her how she could be acting that way towards customers since they just opened and honestly if I didn't need the truck I would've gone to a different site to have better customer service. The other lady was great! This was how she treated multiple customers this day as well because when we dropped keys off the next day other customers that were there stated she gave them the same experience... so honestly unless this were to change I would tell my friends and family to go elsewhere since there's a 50% chance they would deal with negativity on a moving day which is already stressful enough.Randy D.

This location always seems to have the rental equipment I need, when needed. Only things I can suggest are the following: 1) website pick-up timing does not calculate correctly...so, I entered in that I only needed the truck for 1-2 hours that way I was scheduled for a 8:30am pickup...otherwise, it was showing that I needed to pick up the equipment at 4am. Thankfully, Uhaul did not book my truck for someone else that day, assuming I only needed it for the 1-2 hours I selected on the website. This needs to be fixed or you will have unhappy and/or confused customers showing up for pick up at 4am. 2) The parking at this location is small and congested. Adding proper parking area for this location will greatly enhance the customer experience.KRISTINE L.
