The U-Haul truck an empty soda bottle and a few other debris items in it. It’s not anything major to me but to another customer that may make the difference in their decision to do business with U-Haul overall. The customer service top tier and every question I had was answered with promptness and kindness behind every word.

KATHY NKnowledgable staff!!! I will be in touch. No appliance dolly but was charged. Did not tell me anything about the procedure to turn in the truck!
William VThe location was over an hour from me and I of course had to pay for the mileage to pick it up and taking it back! When I called to change the location to take it back to it was going to cost triple! So wasn’t so much the location but the prices, computer not taking my debit card and availability of something closer!
Cynthia JTruck was disgusting in cargo area. Plenty of trash and dirt to go around!!
