My experience was with the UHaul app for pickup and drop off. Our truck was there and ready to go, with a full tank, everything I had rented including equipment and the app does have easy to follow directions for picking up and dropping off. The only reason I rated it four stars is because the app did make me repeat taking photos of different areas of the truck several times before it would allow us to access the next step. This caused the pick up to take longer. The app was also apparently having some technical issues with the drop off and registering that the truck had been returned. I was easily able to contact someone with Customer Service who assured me they would take care of the drop off and finalizing payment the next day and they did. Overall my experience was a good one and I would rent again.

Richard MThis isn’t the locations issue but for the U-Haul system which told me when I set up the reservation that this was a 24hr drop off when it wasn’t at least not for a trailer. I even called customer service about it and they said none of the locations in this area had 24hr drop off which I know can’t be true. So anyway, please update your system, U-Haul.
