It would be helpful to update the location information on the web site to reflect they have moved, and to post a sign at the old location. I wasted 30 valuable minutes trying to pick up the trailer. The trailer was in good condition, but there were no pictures available to document the condition of the trailer. I was in a rush to depart after the delay in picking it up and missed the broken license plate light. , When I returned it, the agent assured me I wouldn't be charged for it, which was concerning since I couldnt prove it was broken when received it.

There should be 2 people at the counter to speed things up. One person only at the counter makes things very slow when there is a long line of people waiting like there was the day I went.

Did not check the blinkers with me, turns out when I got to Georgia the right blinker on the trailer was out the whole time. Additionally they charged me $100 more than what I was quoted before tax.

Truck tires were very bald, truck was filthy inside the back. Cab was ok. Truck was not ready when I arrived and I had to go hunt for it in the parking lot area where all the trucks are stored. The staff was nice, but it must've been a bad day or something.

Nothing, the experience was excellent. The customer service rep was awesome. Went out of his way to make sure that we had a great experience when renting the vehicle, and the return process was very easy. Great job on his part, unfortunately I do not remember his name, it is just old age on my part.

Manager was very rude, she spoke to me while I was speaking to the agent at the desk about a personal concern. I understood the concern, I returned and was not rude to her. I was charged for 2.8 gallons of gas when I only drove the truck 9 miles. They lied about my mileage, I was able to speak to a customer care rep that refunded me some of the money back. That customer care agent is the only reason why I will consider U-haul again. 9 miles is not 2.8 gallons of gas. I have a picture of the mileage and gas hand. THIS IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL FOR THEM TO BE LYING ABOUT THE GAS THEY HAD TO PUT IN AND THEY'RE NOT SMART ENOUGH TO CHANGE THE MILEAGE. THE MILLER ROAD LOCATION NEEDS A NEW MANAGER.

The Truck was below 1/4 of gas. The sales rep at the Miller Rd location in Flint,MI where we picked it up told me to just return it full and they would get me a credit. I put $75 in ( filled it up) before I returned the truck. The return location (Traverse City) told me there would be no credit! I feel like I was lied to by the Miller Rd location. I’m out $75! Not Happy.
