I went to pick up truck, arrived at 7:00am and could not get app to work. The service is called 24/7 lol. After being hung up on several times of out on hold for 45 min. someone finally helped me and explained the 30 min late policy. So I had to be there not24/7 but by 6:30. Wish I had known. I thought I had all day to decide when I picked it up I chose 7 am. I drove from Canada, stayed over night just to get there for 7am. It is important for customer service to explain in detail all the things that affect the clients order. Like app issues arrrival times, one way issues. We were not able to get the truck till after 8 am. Later on when we tried to drop of the truck e found out that The order was for a one way. Somehow there was a mistake. Had to arrange for someone to drive it back or be charged. The people in Bellingham and the lady her name is crystal I think we’re very helpful. They promised to compensate for the inconvenience. So far Uhaul reps are good people just seem to lack training, support and the Ankit to have autonomy to serve customers and communicate with them what is necessary

There was a lower price on line $201 if I dropped off the truck at a different location the corporate person I talked to when I called to change drop off location to get the better price said it would be$275 so I opted to stay with the original location The on-site person was very friendly and helpful

The van I rented had a problem I didn't know about until I was on the Interstate & could not turn around & return it.The man who was there when I rented the van never even opened the door & instructed or turned on the key to see if things were working. I called from the road to let them know about the problem but I was working on a strict time table & had to get the job done. Fortunately I arrived back safely & pointed out in person the problems with the van. Because of these problems the trip was filled with extreme anxiety & I was very nervous & worried while driving on the Interstate in very heavy traffic. From now on if I ever rent from U-Haul I will not only check the outside of the vehicle but have the sales person show me the inside driving instructions as well so I know that everything is in working order.

Not let Uhaul rent equipment from a location that doesn't have it. Then make your customer drive 2 hours away to get it.

I rented the trailer to go to Iowa. But my truck broke down. I was nearer to the UHaul in Bellingham at the time. I dealt with The manager at the Guide Meridian He was very accommodating. He allowed the trailer to sit on the store lot while my truck was being repaired. When I was able to return the trailer, I went back to the Ferndale store. The woman behind the counter stated I owed 168.00 on top of what already paid paid. After the repairs on my truck 3800.00 I simply didn't have it , as well as she didn't have room for the trailer. After calling support she stated that I may be able to leave it . so I did . Again the manager at the Guide Meridian store took care of everything In a manner of a few minutes. I never expected not had anyone go above and beyond as this man did. Thank you.

The service was great from Ferndale. I wish it were true of the Bellingham, guide meridian branch. An agent, Casandra tried to charge over $600.00 for what was $46.00 when rented in Ferndale. She needs training.

Last time I rented I immediately requested a refund and never got because they rented me a dolly but the vehicle I was towing did not fit on it. You ask all the questions... but still rent me something that doesn't work and 'corporate UHaul' refused to refund. This time I rented and the dolly fell apart... literally... on the road. REALLY? Go suck on a lemon.

My experience with the U-Haul storage place was great! The couple that runs the place were so helpful and very professional. I rented a storage unit and rented a truck. When I initially reserved my 20 foot truck for my move I informed them it was a one way trip to Puyallup Wa from Lynden Wa. When I went to pick it up they said it was in the system for me to return the truck and they didn’t have a 20 foot truck for a one way. I then had to wait for them to find me a 15 foot truck about 20 miles away. When the 15 foot truck was fully loaded I still didn’t have room to load what I had left. Had I gotten the 20 foot truck that I reserved for a one way trip I would have been fully satisfied. So my rating for this trip is a BIG ZERO. I Feel that I should get a 100% refund for uhaul’s mistake.

The customer service in Ferndale was tremendous. She treated us like royalty. If I had a business, She would be the the employee I would have as a Manager. I can't say enough about how well this entire day went. And it's my birthday. Dropping off the truck in Snohomish was just as easy. A huge atta boy for you're staff.
