I called in the location at 12:00 pm and was put on hold for 35 minuets then hung up on “ called back and was told there were no 8 x12 trailers available “” then was sent on a wild goose chase to find one “ finally I was told by another location to just get on U-Haul.com and make a reservation “”” so I did and funny thing was was the first store I visited was the only store that had one available “””” ??then when I picked it up “” waited my turn in line” there was only one person minding the front “” and it was busy I was told to go get hooked up and I was ready to go “ then I left with the trailer “ then 30 min later was received a phone call and was told I needed to turn around and come back because they needed me to sign something even after I used the quick self service app from Uhaul “ so I did then was forced to wait 35 more minutes for another customer ahead of me ? Now mind you I’m now 1:30 behind schedule “ service here at this location really sucks

Treat people like human beings, hang up personal calls when a client asks to please have a word with you - and can clearly listen to you going on about your personal vehicle. Stop trying to hide what you're talking about on the walkie - radio by walking away from the customer - be transparent. Also - give the damn customer the benefit of the doubt until proven otherwise. If the towing setup doesn't look right *CONFIRM* before saying something stupid like "This isn't going to work" - when you later realize it will work. I bet if I would've been a brother or heck, even a friend of one of the staff - I would have received MUCH different treatment. Either way - this will be the LAST time I ever do business with the Bragg location - Colliseum is the place to go!

This location claims to be the central hub in Fayetteville nc. There needs to be more people at the counter, long waits will make me walk away . The tow dolly that l was issued the secure strap on the right side kept coming loss. I had to stop 3 times to rescure the the strap on a 35 mile trip.

Price for one day was 112.08 I could have gotten a cheaper deal from enterprise or Budget rental. Service was slow. Would not recommend to anyone.

Y'ALL FIGURE IT OUT!!! I WAS VERY UNHAPPY I WAITED A HOUR UN LINE WITH 8 PEOPLE ,THEN MY RESERVATION WAS INCORRECT THEN I HAD TO WAIT ANOTHER 30 MINUTES TO WAIT FOR A TRUCK BECAUSE THEY HAD ME DOWN FOR WRONG SIZE TRUCK IM JUST UPSET ABOUT THE WHOLE SITUATION MY MORNING WAS RUINED...

There was only one person checking in returns and het was moving fast as he could and was super friendly and good at his job. Some support for him would have been nice, to cut the large line down quicker. He was great to interact with and doing the work of three people alone.

Requested a vehicle that was closer and was told i had to go two miles down the road to pick it up. Not really a problem until i realized i had to pay for the extra miles as well. My scheduled pick up time was 4 pm. i arrived at the facility at 405 and did not leave with the truck until almost 5.
