My wife made the reservation for a lesser amount upon arriving and picking up the equipment the representative added insurance on to my equipment and told me it was a different price from the price the price my wife was quoted because of the deposit, so I agreed and paid that price. When I returned the equipment the representative at the Virginia location pointed out there was no deposit the Representative at the Fort bragg location sold me insurance and thats why the price difference from what I was quoted. Also the representative at the fort bragg location sent we with a local only vehicle that had engine issues it was backfiring smoking, had a leak she didn't disclose to me, and the vehicle would only go 50 mph. This was my worst experience ever my trip took almost double the time it takes to get to Virginia. I wasnt sure the truck was gonna make it.

Make it clear what one is paying for.



More than one customer servoce rep. Im the building. Theres always long lines. It took an hour befor i could be seen because there was only one rep. That would be a great improvement to have at the least two reps. To assist customers.

The Bragg Blvd team was very helpful and polite. The problem was the vehicle I rented. It had this really bad smell in the cab, and there were ants in the drivers side console. Truck operated great, but the smell was pretty bad.

Since this was not the location that I requested on-line, it was an inconvenient additional 38 miles drive from the location that I requested on-line. That means an additional $37.62 that I got charged for mileage in addition to the extra 4 gallons of gas that I had to pay for at $2.12 a gallon. So by not being able to utilize the location that you originally offered as a selection on-line, this rental cost me an additional $46.10. Since the u-haul location that I requested on-line was not the location that I was able to get the vehicle from, I should be credited the $46.10 difference.

Long line, my tow dolly was not ready on time, had to come all the way back to get it. When we picked it up we drove right down the road and the tire went flat. That took about 2 hours to get someone to come fix. Waited forever on the phone also. Not happy at all about this. We had a 12 hour drive and this pushed us back.

I made a reservation but the lady couldn't find it. The same happened to a customer in front of me. When I received the dolly the left turn signal didn't work but they wanted me to take it anyway. Eventually a gentleman replaced the entire light. As I was paying my rental fees the lady tried to get me to bring the dolly back early because she had another reservation for 9am. I told her that was not possible becauseI reserved it for the time that I needed it. This store needs better customer service. The guy that hooked up the trailer was nice.

More help on the weekends! A line for walk ins and a separate line for reservations. Dimitri is always a great help! He gets us in and out when we finally make it to the counter. I'm always happy when I walk in and he's there. Mr Levi does a good job as well.

Brought the U-Haul an hour and a half early. Had to drop my husband off, so I asked if I could leave the keys in the truck and go which they said yes to. They checked me in late and charged me 2 days instead of 1.

Worst experience ever. I couldn't move because they were rushing me before my 24 hrs. And got charged another day for just being a little late when they told me I wouldn't get charge a full day. I needed a uhaul til the evening and they said it had to be turned in by 8am. Worse experience ever...
