Probably to unsure that you have adequate staff to assist the customers at the cash register when needed; other than that, the service was great and will utilize this company again.

Have a better mechanic on site. Uhaul truck had an obvious exhaust leak, horrible overdrive. No cruise control, 9/10 times renting a truck there taking long distance trips, at least make it the trip more comfortable if your charging a 'flat rate'

The truck we used the passenger door on the truck would not stay shut. It made noise to Hope Mills my son in law checked it at the destination and it wouldn't stop clicking like it was going to open. other than that door everything about our rental was perfect!

Horrible customer service, girl at counter has no idea what she is doing. Uhaul 800 customer service is even worse average wait time to talk to a person is 15+ minutes everytime you call

This is the second time I have used this location due to it's location and Sunday hours. It has the worse customer service of any business I have ever worked with. I have rented Uhaul equipment many times and will again but never from this store. I need a trailer for a quick in town trip and it took over an hour to get through three customers to me. The last time they had double booked equipment. Thank you to Uhaul for always having equipment available but this store need some training.

I previously had a problem at this site and the manager made sure that everything was set up properly for me. She made sure that I was given the proper auto transport for my car and she then gave me an expense waiver. It was good to see the manager make right what went wrong from my last experience.

I received the worst customer service ever. I don't want to discuss what happen because I don't want anybody losing their jobs. One thing that this franchise needs to do is teach your employees ( HOW TO GIVE RESPECT) when conducting customer service or busines with customers. If your supervisor chooses to discuss what happened during this incident or you want to know why i choose to give this rating you can contact the supervisor at this location.
