They are unlike other areas and close way to early.
Cleo WCustomer service was average but truck didn’t have any gas(On E) and it wasn’t clean.
LINDA MTruck had a leak in cargo area and my mattress got a little wet. Cab had a "squeaky " sound as if the cab was coming loose. Be sure customer knows how to quickly find rental or show them or have it brought out to them.
SHELIA T★☆☆☆☆ WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE WITH U-HAUL I honestly don’t even know where to begin with how unbelievably awful my experience with U-Haul was. I rented a truck on Tuesday, loaded it on Wednesday, and then—because life happens—I lost the key. Annoying, sure, but I did exactly what U-Haul told me to do: pay $350 for a replacement key. Fine. Whatever. I paid it. And then… nothing. For THREE DAYS, U-Haul left me completely stranded with a fully loaded truck I literally could not move. They didn’t deliver the replacement key until FRIDAY at noon. Let me repeat that: three full days to bring me a key that I paid for. Now here’s the part that is so outrageous it’s almost funny if it weren’t so infuriating: My truck was due back Friday at 10 a.m. How exactly did U-Haul expect me to return a truck I DIDN’T HAVE A KEY FOR? Telepathy? Telekinesis? Should I have invented a time machine? Because unless they expected me to magically open and drive a vehicle without a key, returning it on time was literally impossible. And their solution? They charged me for TWO extra days. Two days that THEY caused. Two days where I was stuck doing absolutely nothing, unable to move, unable to drive, unable to return their truck—all because they couldn’t deliver the service I paid for in a remotely reasonable time frame. This isn’t just bad customer service. This is incompetence mixed with total disregard for the customer. I paid for their delay. I was punished for their failure. And not once did anyone show an ounce of urgency, responsibility, or even basic common sense. I will never rent from U-Haul again, and I’ll warn anyone who will listen: if something goes wrong, U-Haul will happily leave you stranded, blame you for it, and then charge you extra for the privilege. Absolutely unbelievable. Avoid U-Haul at all costs.
