I only needed the truck for 1 hour and 30 mins I still got charged $19.95 plus mileage $67 for 1 hour and 30 mins like wow WAY TOO MUCH IT'S A RIP OFF

Employees were rude and your other Fall River location gave away my reservation went here and they told me they didn’t have a truck... I called the hotline and they told me they did have a truck and went back in and they gave me one.

Went to Pleasant st location first, Joe approached us, rudely, and blurted out if you dont have a reservation, I don't have anything for you, there is a van available on Lewiston st, go there. It was 9am, lot was full. We went straight the there, the woman was extremely helpful, Joe had reserved our van for someone else in the 5 min it took for us to drive there, never offering us that service. The woman assisted us with a truck, apologized for the inconvenience we experienced with Joe and sent us on our way in a 10ft truck. We couldn't thank her enough for her assistance. We arrived home and rcvd a call from her, she had found our wallet in the truck and called us asap to return to pick it up. She is definitely an asset to your company. If it weren't for her, we would have contacted another agency, we will always reach out to her for service in the future. That was our 2nd bad experience at Pleasant st, first was with a reservation, now without one. We have found a new location and will be staying there!!

Not all customers know how to operate the window adjustments, seat adjustment arms, and other small things. I drive an old car and once in the van had to pull over to figure out where various switches were located. Maybe I just don't get these new-fangled vehicles but I had a good laugh at myself! Thanks for all you do.

I have to complain the service at 110Lewiston st, Fall River, MA. First of all, the service is extremely slow, and they are not providing any professional options to me. It took me 40 min at the front desk to get the key. Also, I only need the truck for half a day, but they cannot come up with any suggestion to accommodate my needs. Later on, I do not know why I was told to return the truck to a different place than the one I was told to choose. Very unpleasant experience. On contrary, the return process at E Washington St, North Attleboro is much much pleasant, very professional. Thank you. I am now confused, and not sure if I'd like to use Uhaul anymore, and does the location matter that much. Thank you for you attention. I had a reservation on warren RI branch and they called me and change to fall river branch which it was 20 miles away from my home and i got there but the truck is not there because who was renting she did not want to return it so i had to go to other branch which it was 15 mailes away and they had the truck but they dont have the auto transfer anyway my day wasted because of the bad service and i dont know how mich would they charge me for the mailes that i used because of them and I had to pay a lot of money on gas

The associate did not explain the pricing properly. I was under the impression that there would be a hold on my money, not that that was what I would be charged, just to go around the corner and only used the truck for a half an hour. Then when I brought it to the manager, she was very rude.

First off, we booked a 26' truck over a week in advance, when I arrived at the pleasant st. Store they told me there is no truck for me and to go to another store they have two 26' trucks, they were also very rude. Once at the Lewiston st. Store they didn't have a 26' truck, only had a 20' truck, So we had to do two trips from the storage unit, so twice the miles and twice the price. As we all know moving is very stressful so this added stress was very unsettling. We are very disappointed and would not recommend Uhaul. Also we are non-smokers and the ashtray was full of cigarette butts. Absolutely disgusting!

I had an excellent experience at this location. I rented a van as well as a 5x10 storage unit. The staff was professional, helpful and I felt like their #1 priority was the customer, they took great of me and my needs. The facility was clean, the availability of carts to unload was a pleasant surprise. And best of all I thought the price was extremely reasonable.
