I think the ability to extend your reservation through the website or an app would be great. I was running a few minutes behind and had to call the store to notify them, which was simple enough, but it’s 2018, hahaha, there should be an option to do that via an app or otherwise.

I called the next day after return because I got screwed with a bullshit gas charge. I picked a truck up with 1/4 tank of gas. I put $10 gas in it and went 16 miles.. yet you still charge me for gas. bunch of fucking crooks

Make sure when someone already has a reservation and uses a debit card to hold the unit and also speaks with the assistant supervisor the previous day and receives the confirmation you don't give the storage unit to someone else. Also when someone pays cash and has to pay an additional $100.00 deposit and is supposed to get the refund when truck is returned you actually refund them the money and not try charging them a extra day and insurance charge on top after it was already laid for.

The first location that we reserved a van for, did not have our reserved van and did not inform me of this situation. They did not call back with an update status. Second location people were friendly, computer issues. The vehicle has multiple messages coming up on screen and vehicle alignment has off.

I rented a truck. They said my tank was half full and that I had to return it how I got it. When I checked, it was not half full. I complained, I was not going to return it half full if I didnt receive it as such. They apologized and told me to drop the truck off with the same amount of gas that I received. She even wrote it on the paperwork specifying that I did not receive the truck with a tank less than half full. So I was satisfied.

I was told by the guy at the counter that I had the option to choose a return location in Boston, and I should call to confirm that when I knew. He even circled the 800 number. When I made that call, the operator said that was false and I had to bring it to a specific location which was not the one I wanted. In order to use that one, I'd have to pay more. Fantastic!

At $19.95 a day it seemed pretty reasonable.At.99 a mile I was in for a rude awakening.All in all I was happy that a van was available on such short notice and at the start of the month when everyone was in the process of moving.

Do not accept a trailer that has a broken door. I had no choice and almost couldn't move my belongings because I couldn't get the door open.

Sadly this place raised their Rates, up way too much. they changed their hours also. Trying finding another place and only use as a last resort. Too bad the Staff and workers were great.
