The young lady that set up my reservation was very pleasant and answered any questions. Unfortunately whoever was responsible to have the truck ready, it was not. The truck had not been washed and when we picked it up, the truck showed low tire. The young lady had no idea how to work the air compressor which needed charge and the only tire pressure gauge only went up to 50. The truck tire required 85psi. The young lady called Ewalds. We had to drive the truck next door to Ewalds for the tire to be fixed(nail in tire). We were scheduled to pick up the truck at 3, but not able to take off until close to 4. The trucks should be checked, washed and ready for the time reserved. And normally an U-Haul representative goes with the customer to look over the truck before it leaves the lot. The young lady did her best, but there should have been someone there to assist her. Thank you.
