Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulI was scheduled to pick up the truck on Thursday but the previous customer didn’t drop it off or bother to inform you what their plan was. I had to wait until the next morning to find out from you if the truck was arriving, which it didn’t. I had made arrangements for people to help on both sides of the move. People changed their plans for me. You could at least had a tracker on the truck so we could have begun making plans right away. I am not rating the outlets lower, it’s beyond their control. But it is you, corporate, that needs to up your game to accommodate your customers. I am very disappointed in you. In this day and age you could do a lot better. I live and work in Africa most of the time. The delivery trucks there almost always have trackers on them. Not here? Up your game to help you and your customers.
Robert VThey add on charges for miles you haven't driven. They also charge you for a day extra even if you took it a day early. And getting customer service to help you is a nightmare!
Dawid TNothing at all, everything was spectacular
