The light button vas not visible.. The tire light was on the entire time. My utility cart or furniture cart was not in the back of the truck.. I called customer service and was transferred to 3 different people. I had to go to another U-Haul to retrieve the utility carts! I asked if I would be given extra miles since I had to travel to another U-Haul and was told no. Very unfortunate , unacceptable and unprofessional.. I would like to be compensated.

Timothy F1. It's always easy , and no problem when I rent from T&F Towing. Frank is a good dude. Real easy to get along with, and almost no problems with him, or his company. Definitely recommend anyone to rent from him, and his company. Stand up Guy, and a real good person to work with. As always, thank you again,
Joshua SThe man wasn't helpful at all and seemed constantly annoyed. We asked him to add an additional driver, and he refused, stating that 'it is not necessary.' I'm sure that if something had happened, we would have been in big trouble. The truck's check engine light was constantly on. When we told him, he claimed, 'it is a tire pressure issue.' We replied, 'It is not the tire light that is on, it's the engine light.' He just said, 'I know, but that's the tire.' On top of that, one of the truck's tires was in terrible condition and definitely not safe. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.
