I was to pick this truck up at the Kingston location. The morning of I received a call that there wasn’t a truck available and I had to go to Exeter to pick up an available truck from a mechanic. The pick up location was further away from my destination. When I asked to extend my truck - I was given attitude at the request for an additional hour. I was told I would be charged a whole extra day and the best that was given was a half hour. Subpar customer service all around.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulWe have rented Uhaul’s for years when the need arose. This location was the worst I have ever used. Actually it was a scary place. I have used the app several times with no issues. The U-Haul app did not work at this location at pick up or drop off but worked fine once off the premises. The vehicle we picked up was dirty, a huge dent on the passenger side, and left with minimal gas. Thankfully we did not have far to go and were able to get gas in it. We will make sure the next truck we need to rent will be from a different location.
Karen LApp NEEDS improvement, Need to let the renters know about the verification process. I was having difficulty getting my identity checked. Due to family being in a diffrent timezone and friends working. If a passport was needed that information should have been provided since many people don't carry their passport unless they travel. I was out in the cold for more than an hour and spend even more money on Lyft to get my documents ready. Only positive was the team was able to push the time easily.
