The on-line return process didn't work. Why? Because I chose the option that I had an account. When I did so, the system asserted I had no current reservations or rentals. After 20 minutes on hold for a call to UHAUL, the agent to told me, I should have use the no account option and enter in my contract number. Only then was I allowed to begin a process that asked me to respond to multiple question, required to take and post a half dozen photos--all to do the job that UHAUL staff should do. I recognize that UHAUL is trying to establish a rental truck "share" option, but don't experiment with those of us who are returning vehicles to a UHAUL facility and dropping off keys into a mail slot in the building. The next "family" cannot come and get the keys. Were there another option for renting trucks on a short term, last night's experience would push me to using a competitor in the future.
I am not sure if it was this site, but I had reserved my truck to be picked up at Lambertville site and I was rerouted to this site ~16 hours before my move. The people at the location were nice and informed. But I am still very upset that I had to drive an hour roundtrip to pick up my truck when this was not the original confirmed plan. They should have dropped the truck off at my requested site or tried to work with me. Antoine who was the manager never returned my calls or tried to make things right with me. In the end, I needed to move, but if there was another moving truck company in the area like Penske, I would have cancelled my order and used them. Very disappointing.

Clean out ash tray of debris before pickup. Loose change in there too. Should explain toll roads when picking up too.
